Features open sides to allow for easy plugging in of cables for live feed video out of the camera, or charging the camera with a USB cable while recording or taking videos. It is also useful to provide extra cooling when recording in extremely hot environments where camera cooling is a concern, or to provide enhanced sound when used in non wind affected locations such as inside a car, a concert or jam session.
Use the HD Skeleton housing in dry environments only. Your HD HERO camera is NOT waterproof when used with the HD Skeleton housing.
